We collect and use personal information to: respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can assist with your immigration matter, provide immigration advice and prepare and lodge applications on your behalf where you engage us, communicate with you about your enquiry or matter, and meet our legal and professional obligations, including those under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 and the IAA Code of Conduct. We also use it to improve our website and services.
We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
